Pleeeease Help!

Maybe someone can help. ok my work computer is not letting me sign on to windows. We run on an IBM Client Access AS/400 network i think. We i start up everything is fine, the sign on screen prompts right, and i when i sign on to windows theres a message that pops up (CWBNL0202-CWBMSGB.DLL). so i click ok and then an error message says Explorer caused a fault, etc. etc. etc. and then nothing, blank screen and then i have to use ctrl+alt+del to be able to shut down. i tried doing it without signing on and under safe mode and the same thing happens. I looked up the error message and found this..

Formate - Troubleshooting

An error message appears, saying "CWBNL0202 - CWBMSGB.DLL" or similar.

This indicates that the program cannot find the IBM Client Access/400 software (which should be Version 3 Release 2 or later). That software must be installed on the machine where the Formate AS/400 Spooler program is to run, because it provides the link between the program and the AS/400.

One way to confirm if that is the cause is to use the About option on the Help menu, which will bring up this message if the IBM software isn't installed.

To resolve this problem, install the IBM Client Access/400 software and configure it so that it can access your AS/400 system, then try the Formate AS/400 Spooler program again. If you don't have a copy of the software, contact your IBM dealer (Trilogic cannot supply it).

Now, i have the IBM cd but i am not able to run it as i am not able to log on to windows with out the error message popping up. i would like to see if i can fix it without having to let my boss know cuz he'll probably freek. any ideas?
