iexplore.exe program needed 4 opening....

Dont have a Win98 disk handy. Is this progam on an Internet Explorer Setup... Possibly?

If you have internet explorer then you also have iexplore.exe since it's the main part of the program.

it sounds to me like perhaps someone deleted the iexplore.exe file.
this happened to me once.
and then my machine wouldnt quick view, or open pictures of a .jpg format.

the easiest solution to this is to reinstall internet explorer.

or, if you know exactly what version you have, you could get the iexplore.exe file from a friend with the same version, and replace it.
