Question Where do they sell Windows 95?

I had Win95 on my Packard Bell and I foolishly reformatted without realizing that my disk wasn't what I thought it was. I have a disk that says "Microsoft Windows 95: Companion" and it doesn't seem to be the install disk, there is no setup.exe on it.

If I am wrong and it is the install disk, please tell me what I need to know.

If I'm right and it isn't the disk I need, please tell me where I can buy a Windows 95 OS.

How old is this computer? If the specs are near 200MHz with a 3 gigabyte hard drive or larger, I would just find a copy of 98 and put that on there instead.

These days, the only place you can find 95 or 98 is second hand. That means eBay, or a brick-and-mortar store that sells used software.

Real old, it's a Pentium 133mhz, 1.8 GB HDD, I think it's only 16 MB 70pin SIMM RAM too.

Some people say just scrap it and use it for my studies, but I also need to learn OS installation.

Mandrake 9.2 is still available for download, and might run on that machine. though I would suggest expanding the ram to at least 32 megs. Those old ram sticks are cheap and plentiful.
