[resolved] error on shutting down windows98se

Hi!
I have been this problem since 4 days, when ever i try to shutdown my computer from winodows98se, some error windows comes on the way, like:
"Csinsm32
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shutdown."
and etc. when i click on ok, another error windows appears:
"Mprexe
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shutdown."
and etc. clicking on ok results another error on the screen:
"Msgsrv32
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shutdown.
and etc. after clicking on ok button, noting happens(no shutdown logo appear),I just see wallpaper with curser on the screen(no icons, and I can move the curser freely). so i must have to shutdown pc from power button on the CPU. why this happen?, and how I can fix it?

in the run box type
sfc
and press enter

Hello

Csinsm32 is part of Norton Cleansweep.
Mprexe allows the computer to use multiple network protocols, and network adapters
Msgsrv32 is a process which acts as a 32 bit windows message server

Do you know what you did just before these errors started happening? Did they happen all at once ?

For the Msgsrv32 error extract the file form your Windows cd.
Read Here for directions on how to extract a file.
You mayl also need to install your sound card drivers.

For the Csinsm32 you may beed to reinstall Norton Cleansweep or what ever program it came with.
