Please can someone tell where I can find this file so I can get my D-Link wireless card to work

There doesn't seem to be anywhere to get that file ....  Searching on Google didn't give me many hits. One says this: "I believe LIBWLAN.DLL is used in several wireless access tools and "crackers" It's a "packet injector" Do you have any "network sniffer" like software installed?
