Help!!!!! rundll32 deleted!!
I deleted this operation thinking it was spy ware and now can not get into my control panel. What can I do???

If you have your win98 CD, you can restore it from there. Or if you have access to another 98 machine, you can make a copy of it and copy it over.

And for the future a little advice:
A simple 30 second search on google for a (for you at that time) "unknown" process will result in a massive ammount of information that will tell you right away if you are dealing with a potentially dangerous or harmless process/ file. Always better to do this before you start deleting things.
