Highjackthis.

Where do I download the program 'Highjackthis'? I seem to have a highjacker file on my computer, that's inabling me to open an sort of web browser, like My Computer, Internet Explorer, My Documents, so on. Some one said I should run this program, so, where do I downlaod it?
Oh, and FYI, the file is HELPER101.DLL
