Cannot find import DLL may missing, etc,

Hi everyone,
Every time i start up the internet i get this same message - cannot find import DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version
File rtl70.bpl.
Also when i click the internet icon,to go onto the internet, i get 2 google engines, with the above message, i always have to delete one and as i go to differant sites that message above comes up every time.
If its makes any differance i am using dial up.
If anyone could help i would be very greatfull, my computer knowledge is very limited.
Thanks in advance,
Tuby

Are you running SpyBot?
Get HiJackthis http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html
and post the log thats generated! Some one on the board can help you out!
Sounds like you may have some spyware issues!

Thanks Duckster for your reply,
I do really appreciate your effort trying in to help me, I did download SpyBot and used it, finding and resolving one problem, but unfortunately i can't get HiJackthis to run, it says " a required DLL file MSVBVM60.DLL was not found.
I bought this computor second hand and it was already loaded up, i have no windows discs to fall back on either.
If there are any other possible ways to fix my problem, it would be great.
Thanks again

Hi- after spending hours upon hours i am pleased to say that i figured it out,
i changed search engines, and now i have no problems what so ever, thank god., Thanks anyway
Tuby

That was short lived, started doing it again, but has stopped when going from one site to another, unless anybody know what to do now, i suppose i will have to put up with that, its not as bad as it was before.

I did have Nortans Antivirus running before this started, which says that there is no problems, and also Spydot says nothing is wrong,
