DirectX Issues!
Well, I've managed to fix almost everything that was wrong with my computer (taking a grand total of 13hours and 0% thanks from the family) but I am still having one persistant issue. Games that require DirectX continue to tell me that we do not have DirectX yet Dxdiag says we have DX9c and that everything is fine.
Does anyone know of a way to fix this issue and is it a good idea to use this program I found (DirectX Buster) which is supposed to allow me to reinstall DX after removing completely from the drive? Many thanks in advance. |

Hi,
Don't know about that program to reinstall DirectX, but have you tried System File Checker? Start>Run and in the command line type sfc. Maybe there's something in Windows causing this... |
