upgrade

Mine is a Pentium 3 (450Mhz) with 64 Mb RAM desktop pc. My DSL Speed is 256Mbps. But everything is slow and i cannot see any videos due to old version of Flash. When i try to upgrade to windows XP it says RAM insufficient. Will increasing my RAM to 256Mb solve the problem. Or is it better that i go for a new system?

I would go for a new system, but bumping your ram to at least 256mbs
for xp would help alot. The more ram you have the better, 2 gigs would
be perfect.

I personally would not try to run XP on that system, it only has a 450MHz cpu and you still would have issue watching certain videos. I worked on an almost exact system with Windows 2000 Pro on it and had the same issue and it had 128MB of RAM. Save your $$ for a complete new system
