Problem

Ok so I don't know where this goes beacuse it has no operating system on it.

when i turn my pc on it says Strike F1 to retry to rebroot, F2 for setup utillity.

if i click f1 the same message comes again but f2 goes to the setup utillity

i just want to by pass this message and turn the darn thnig on

If the above quote is correct you need to install an operating system.

To enter BIOS/Setup it is usaly restart the machine and hit F1,F2,Del or another.It will say on screen "Press ? to enter setup".

its a black screen with white text saying

Strike F1 to retry to reboot, F2 for setup utility.

exactly those words, but how can i bypass that message

Could you explain what you actualy want to do with the computer?

F1 is asking you to try and reboot which it will not do untill you install an operating system.

F2 is asking you to install windows or to enter BIOS.

Thanks for the help but I just took it apart to sell the parts, is is legal to sell the parts?
