hi there, i have a problem..

i recived a mail that suppose to be an ecard. when i click in the file it was late, there was a .exe file and not an flv

so, now i check that all my files ***.rar have inside a file named rar.exe the ***.zip dont have it but the rar does

en español ahora, abri una carta electronica pero cuando hice click me cuenta que no era un archivo flash sino un archivo .exe y luego me di cuenta que tosdos mis archivos .rar ahora tienen dentro un archivo rar.exe, los zip no solo los rar, me doy cuenta que es un virus y no se como eliminarlo, el avg free nisiqueira lo detecta hasta que ya lo has descomprimido, quisiesra limpiar tambien los ficheros rar porque no los quiero borrar
