Am I in the right place?

My neighbors have Win98. The appear to have a virus and asked me to help get rid of it. I really don't know how to do that. I always use some sort of online tech support when this happens to me. Is this the right place or should I look somewhere else. I plan on just letting them log into my account where ever they can get help.
