windows ME on slave drive
Hello!
I got an old computer with windows ME. My problem is that it has a different language than what is prefered. I think I can obtain the correct language windows ME. But I wonder if it's possible to use daemons tools to mount the iso from my current windows ME to run it and to install the new windows ME OS on the other slave drive? |

Re: windows ME on slave drive
Hi Mr Scaleo
If the slave drive is empty, your chances of success might be better by simply using the Windows Me CD of your preferred Language version to clean-install onto the empty drive. You can then move any files over from your other installation as needed (documents, pictures, music, etc.). It would likely be best to disconnect your current primary hard drive while installing the new Windows Me onto the empty drive. Most recent versions of DaemonTools no longer support Windows 95/98/Me. Best of luck . . . Gary
