Error Messages - Help
My computer will not work properly. I keep getting the following error messages Rundll has caused an error in MMSYSTEM.DLL & Insight has caused an error in QUICKTIME.QTS. I called technical support for my HP machine and was told my only possible solution is to reinstall Windows, but I don't want to do this and lose the info saved on my hard drive. Please help.
