Hello ARMAN

Have you been able to do this before? I really don't think you can create a folder while in Windows Explorer.

You are right I apologize, I right clicked My Computer and selected explore and didn't see an option but when I opened My Computer and then tried to create a folder the option is there. I apologize for the misunderstanding
It's always best to put as much details as possible so we can understand what you are trying to achieve. Some of us are very blonde LOL

Try this, go to View>Folder Options >View. Under Advanced settings see if there is a check in the Show Pop-up description for folder and desktop items.

LOL

Try this, Go to Start>run and type sfc /scannow. Have your 98 Cd handy. This will replace damaged files.

Read the section pertaining to your O.S in this Link

You can try what they call a "dirty" install if you dont want to wipe it out ocmpletely.
While running in normal mode place the 98 disc and install. It will copy over top the existing o.s. and you will not lose your info.

Well I'm not proud to tell someone to do an install like that I would prefer a fresh install and it is recommended. Although I do use that method on my own personal pc when I get lazy
