MSgsrv32 [Not Responding]

I signed on to AOL today and everything just stopped! I tried everything I knew of to figure out what was going on. I pressed Ctrl=Alt=Delete and it had "MSgsrv32 [Not Responding]" highlighted. Can anyone tell me why it does that. My mom said that this happens alot when she gets on aol.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Go to Programs, then accessories, then down to system information, then to tools, then down to system configuration, then to start. Once you have the menu for your start menu in front of you, then scroll down to "MSgsrv32" and uncheck it. Then key on "OK" Then "APPLY" . then reboot your computer.
