boot screen

I need help.
Everytime I turn on my computer my BIOS screen comes up and begins to load then freezes. I never get any further than that. I can't even go to setup or hit the network boot becuase neither one will load.

I don't even care if I have to erase my hard drive just help me get it running again.

Hi,

We need much, much more information including Motherboard, CPU, Video Card, Power Supply (both watts and brand name), what kind of drives are hooked up and how they are hooked up. Also, did you use Artic Silver to put your CPU and heatsink together? What OS are you going to install, just tell us all about your computer with all the details that will help someone to guide you.

Oh, almost forgot. Has it ever worked before or is this a new build? Has anything changed if it worked before?
