missing folders on reinstall of Win98SE

can't access Clipboard,Character Map and Games (none are in Sys Tools)

Clipboard appears to be hidden since I do get asked whether to clear it.

Hi kelled2

Try:
Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs
Select the Windows Setup tab
Select Accessories, and place a checkmark before the system tools you wish to reinstall.

You'll need your Windows 98 CD handy - provide it when prompted.

Hello try load it manually. ie. Start->control panel->add or Remove Programs->Add/Remove windows components click Accessories and install it
