OS: vista and i have xp and millenium
|
I am trying to upgrade a old computer that is running windows ME to xp and error, INF file .sif is missing status 14 set up cannot continue is coming up. What can I do?

What are the specifications of the computer? Do they meet the requirements of XP? Home or Pro? Look over the following link to see if it meets them. http://home.comcast.net/~SupportCd/XPRequirements.html Are you using an OEM cd or Retail?
