Twisted Upgrading to 98 from 95

Hello!

I have been using 95 for along time and have not had any problems. I recently purchased a digital camera and some new software and I have to upgrade to a newer version of windows. I would like to upgrade my desktop to 98 so I can use the digital camera. I have a 98 CD.

How do I do this? It is a full version of 98 not the upgrade one. What problems should I look for in the upgrade?

I am a wimp when it comes to working with an operating system, so please send any advice.

Thanks,
Deborah

are you looking to wipe out everything and install 98 ?? if not the full install CD is of no use...sorry...A computer that had 95 on it and you are now going to 98 might not be worth the upgrade... and the added hardaches of 98...if it ran 95 it might DOG (slow down drasticaly) on you...If the benifits out wiegh the cons then decide weather you want to do a clean install or an upgrade...an upgrade you need an upgrade CD a clean install we can walk you through...post back ..and welcome to the boards
