Navigate to your start menu and select "Run"

In the box that appears type cleanmgr

If it prompts you, select the drive you want to clean (your main harddrive will be labeled C:. Remove everything it will let you as none of it is important. Mostly it will be removing temporary files that have become not so temporary which can add up to alot if not dealth with occasionally.

How did you get half of suse installed? and how do you know half of it is installed? The only good way to do that, if you can't uninstall it via control panel > add/remove programs is to manually delete all the files.
