lexplore.exe
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this thing?
I have an older HP with Win ME. When I get the error message and click to close it, I lose what I was working on. I'm an old guy with very little knowledge in this field, so please be gentle..... ![]() |

Re: lexplore.exe
iexplore.exe is Internet Explorer, are you using this browser?.
You can get rid of it but you will need another browser. Do you have more info on the rror?. Does it happen in certain websites?. |

Re: lexplore.exe
just was seeing if you were getting shutdowns in firefox or other browsers to see if there was some other problem.
Most likely since you are using an older operating system and an older computer its just the sometimes webpages can use up your resources to the point where it would shutdown or freeze internet explorer - especially since the page and the scripts in the pages must download to your computer to run. You can try turning stuff off you dont need thats running in the background.
