Hi normnell
If you are in a work setting, you'll have to contact the IT department for login help. Passwords in such settings are beyond the scope of this forum. If you are speaking of a PC that is your own personal PC, perhaps recently acquired, let us know whether your problem is concerning a password you receive from the PC's Bios (before Windows loads) or a network password that you see from a Windows password box.
