[SOLVED] I need help to my prob is BSoD.. please help!

ok here's what happen to my PC

my pc operating System is Windows 98 / ME

i want to upgrade it to XP

so i tried to install the Xp but here's the problem i can't open the OP anymore.. because of the BLUE SCREEN of DEATH with the stop code :

0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xFC35FFBB, 0xFC5CB954, 0x00000000)

can anyone help me with my problem.. i'm begging you please..

my PC is not working anymore, i search for this code but i can't see any solution regarding this code.. i really need your help..

stop code: 0x0000008E after installing

i don't have more knowledge with Xp but when i tried to upgrade my PC to XP i can't use my xp anymore and this is because of the

stop code: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xFC35FFBB, 0xFC5CB954, 0x00000000)

please somebody help me..

Just curious, what O/S are you currently running? Do you have a copy of your current O/S (previous to your XP upgrade) ? Have you " tried " a copy of XP to see if your system would take it? Are you trying to upgrading XP Home/Pro? Hardware specs would would be nice

As already stated you should check that your computer meets the minimal requirements for XP. Please provide us with your system specs (see the link in my sig to know what we need) and check the link slurpeecollapse posted : System requirements for Windows XP operating systems

"STOP 0x0000008e" error message during Windows XP setup
Your hardware may not be compatible with XP or you may have a faulty ram module.

Try this to restore the previous operating system :
