Links will not work

Hello...For the past couple of weeks when I try to click on links on a webpage a new browser window will pop up but the page never loads. If i manually type in the link in the search bar the page will usually load fine. I dont have any problems with actual web addresses, just the links from them. My ISP is AOL and at the top of most webpages i have this message...undefinedhttp://ar.atwola.com/link/93191353undefinedaoladp' TARGET=_blank>undefinedhttp://ar.atwola.com/image/93191353undefinedaoladp?&TZ=300' WIDTH=728 HEIGHT=90undefined
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling AOL but that did not help...and AOL's tech support could not offer any solutions that got rid of my problem. If there is anyone who might know what's going on with my pc....please help! Thanks so much!
