Computer not working Properly

Hey guys, something is going on with my computer and I don't know what to do about it. Biggest problem I have found so far is my computer won't let me change the desktop wallpaper.

When I right click and click 'set as background image' it freezes up and I have to control alt delete it to close the browser. However the background doesn't change. I don't know what to do about this. Any suggestions?

Re: Computer not working Properly

Have you tried this with only one image or have you tried it with others? I've seen this happen with large pictures. See if you can change the background to one of the other standard backgrounds. If you can, then you know it's the image itself (either because of size, type, or whatever) and you can then see if you can reduce the size of the image to get it to work. Just a thought.

Re: Computer not working Properly

So far I got it to work but the other problem I've had with the computer is happening again. I keep watching my hard disk space bounce from 1.19GB remaining to 638MB remaining.

I don't know what is going on with it but it's starting to give me a headache.

For the disk-space question .. see the replies in your new thread for that --- Disk Space keeps changing

Glad you fixed the wallpaper
