Having problems when Web site requires Flash or Shockwave

If I visit a site that requires Flash Player or Shockwave, it sometimes makes my system crash or run sluggishly. If I have to I reboot, sometimes I have no sound function. Another re-boot will usually fix this. Besides having Windows 98se as an OS, my system has an 800 MHz Pentium III processor and 256 MB RAM (upgraded from 128 MB).

uninstall flash player and shockwave from your computer and then reinstall these softwares use trusted website to download these websites.
