[SOLVED] How Do I Change Default Folder In Open/Save?

Hi. I'm on WIndows ME, and i just noticed after installing and using TweakUI, the Desktop becomes the default folder in the Open or Save menus in all my programs like Media Player and Paint. How do I make it go back to the last accessed folder (like when I open a file in My Documents, I want it to go to My Documents again when I click Open)? thanks in advance.

-how do i edit my post? i already solved this by using System Restore.
