Hi and welcome to the forums.

It sounds like this pci audio device may be the audio device built into the motherboard. You should be able to go to the manufacturers website and download the audio drivers.

Here is GVC's website, http://www.gvc.com.tw/eng/index.htm

You may be able to get an audio driver there.

About the avatar, you can purchase the option to change and upload your own avatar in the tech store. There is a link on the home page. It will cost 50 tech points. You can learn more about the tech store here, http://www.techsupportforums.com/sho...&threadid=1853
