Fuzzy text on Monitor
I have a Windows ME operating system. The text is fuzzy on it. I did not do any recent changes to my system. Some of the applications will not open properly because of this. Any recommendations on what I can do. I am all ears.

Re: Fuzzy text on Monitor
Hi ctaylor62
If you suspect that it might be a software problem, use WinMe's built-in System Restore utility, using a restore-point from before the text problem got fuzzy. If you suspect that it might be a hardware problem, try hooking up a different monitor. You can also try checking that the refresh rates and resolutions are set OK. If the monitor is an LCD screen, look in its manual to find its "native resolution" and make sure that your screen is set to the right size & refresh rate (right-click a blank area on your Desktop & choose "Properties" then "Settings"). Let us know if none of this helps, there are other things to try as well. Best of luck & Happy New Year . . . Gary
