OS: win95

ADSL drivers and IE failure

TWO PROBLEMS:

1. The SBC-Yahoo DSL software won't load on WIN 95 but can I get a driver for the Efficient Networks Speedstream 5100 external ethernet modem so that my WIN 95 can get a DSL connection to the web?
Two computers:
150mhz 8mb RAM
100mhz 48mb RAM

2. The 150mhz has a fresh hd reformat and an Eiger 28.8 PCMCIA modem that connects to the web but IE 3.0 will not browse/gets page not found failures. When I dial, I get a DOS-type, pop-up window titled "Post-Dial Terminal Screen." It reads:
"
Level 3 Comm nas14.stm1 UQKT2

Username:/login:/Login:
"
When I click the Continue (F7) button without typing anything, it verifies password and claims a connection with the in/out bytes number increasing. Com3 is supposed to be my pcmcia modem. However, IE only returns "site not found" errors.

Thank you.
