OLEAUT32.DLL problem/Windows 98
This problem is on my friend's computer. She is running Windows 98 on maybe a Dell computer. After finding a shortcut named FIX ERRORS...and clicking on that, she started getting the OLEAUT32.DLL File cannot start error. I could go into her programs and files, but could not access Internet Explorer or her emails. (Verizon Yahoo / Incredimail ).
Is there anything we can do to get her computer up and running again? Does Windows 98 have System Restore as I do in XL? Thanks. Barb

Go to the System folder and rename OLEAUT32.DLL to old. Then extract the file from your Win98 cd. you can also get the file from here http://www.jomitech.com/jkb/oleaut32.dll
