help please ASAP !!!!!!!
I have this computer, and like it start up good and everything, but when it get to the desktop it only shows the start menu, it dont show my computer, my documents, no nothing just the start menu. Then a screen pops and says:
Explorer has caused an error in wininet.dll Explorer will now close If you continue to experience problems restart your computer. Than it has a cancel button and when i press that button, everything goes off were im only loooking at a blue screen. If i dont press the cancel button and just moved da error out da way. i can click on start and everything but like if i click on internet it dont popup and i even tried system restore but that dont popup. so can someone please tell me what to do. thanks |

I did some research on it, and it is either a legit file or a Trojan.
Just to make sure Follow the 5 steps, Then post a log. 5 steps: (Updated!) IMPORTANT - Read This Before Posting A Log You need to post your logs Here (Click on the link) in the HijackThis Log Help. The Hijack this help section is very busy, it may take a couple of days until you get a reply.

the problem is that i cant click on nothing cause it want pop up like i click on the link it gave me and it sad to go to start settings control panel but my control panel want pop up

Can you boot into Safe Mode?
Has the computer been working properly before this? Did the system shut down properly last time you used it?
