Windows ME LAN Connection
Hi, I have just installed Win Me on my pc, No probs installing it but i cant connect to my LAN can anyone surgest anything please?

No where near enough info. Is the NIC installed properly? Is the NIC wired or wireless? What are your TCP/IP settings? Are you using the NIC to network with another machine or just to get internet access via a router?

Its been about 4/5 years since i used Me again, All i know is that im connection to my router through a wire connection. I did set it up with network wizard which all went ok. Sorry cant tell you that much more than that.

Hi, I have found out what the problem was.
I had the on-board Network card and an PCI Card it did not see the on-board LAN card which i found out after. But thank you for you support. |
