ODBC can't load resource C:\WINDOWS...
I am getting the error," ODBC can't load the resource \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\" when I try to open my PC's control panel, I am having 2 main problems with my PC, one of which is posted on another thread under the title,"did i lose files" it is the SECOND entry from me, TITAN2, i solved the problem with yahoo in the first entry, if this thread and the second entry from the other thread are related, please notify me so i can resolve them more easily, as for this error, i can access my control panel after clicking the "OK" button on the ODBC message. i hope this is just a missing licence that can be replaced from somewhere on my computer, thank you for taking the time to read about my troubles and i hope i didn't confuse anyone. thanx again )~TITAN2~(
