OS: win98 & win XP
|
I had to reformat the HD on my Dell laptop. I've used the recovery disk and re-installed win98 and was planning up upgrading to winXP, but the display does not fit the screen of the laptop anymore. what can I do to fix this? would installing winXP fix it?

Welcome to TSF
Go to start/settings/control panel/display/settings and down the bottom you should be able to adjust your display. If you cant you need to reinstall the drivers for your video card. Come back to us if you have problems and I am sure someone will walk you through with it.
