Restarting with Windows ME
When I got to restart my computer it freezes and says system is busy and if i hit ctrl alt del it says system is busy and the blue screen of death pops up and i hit ctrl alt del again and it takes forever to restart, its very slow. What can i do to fix this. I haven't installed any new programs latley that could interfere?
