woes with media player
Hi all,
I recently tried to install a usb bluetooth device to my pc which doesn't work (my usb is knackered on this pc) but now whenever I click on a media link my pc crashes leaving me with the dreaded blue screen  any ideas? This seems to happen with both windows media and realplayer.  Jimi |

You need to give some more info about the blue screen. Just write down the numbers and post the info in here, it will help throubleshoot the issue. Updating to a new support pack might help as well.
