Cry Screen Resolution Problems

I tried to play a game which runs at 320x240 resolution, but my computer locked up. I used control/alt/delete to restart the computer and now my screen resolution is stuck at 320x240. Everything is so huge that I can't get to anything. In safe mode, everything is at its normal size. But when you start up again, it's back to being huge. I tried resetting the registry values, but the only thing that shrunk was the icons. I don't know what else to try. HELP!!!!

Go back into Safe mode and get into Device Manager. Delete your display adapter, re-boot and let Windows re-add it.
