Program invisible in Program Files

I have been given an old computer running Win 95, slow and dusty, but with a Zip Drive that will read all my Midi archive files. There are several programs, including a drawing program, that I wish to trash. However they don't appear on the Windows Uninstall list, and they don't have an Uninstall button. Pirated copies, possibly? How do I get rid of them?
