outlook not responding
I'm having trouble loading my outlook express box. Every time I hit it, it says not responding any ideas as to what to do?

Outlook Express Not Responding
When I start Outlook Express, the program stops responding and my pointer appears as hourglass. How do I fix this problem. I am finding it difficult to read my e-mails. Please HELP.
