Windows fails to restart successfully
well my computer seems to shut down fine.. no problems there
but when i attempt to restart my pc it doesnt seem to want to load back up i mean it 'shuts down' and reboots until about 20 seconds through.. and then it restarts once again  this time it goes to a screen asking me if i want to load it in safe mode or normal and all that i chose normal.. and then it restarts once again! by this time i just give up and turn it off manually, and then back on.. which works fine can anybody help me? because its very annoying..  thanks  Gaz |
