Looking to setup WinXP & Win98 on seperate drives
Hey guys, i'm wondering if I can install Windows 98 on my secondary hard drive.
As of right now, I have WindowsXP installed on my master drive, and i'm using my slave drive just for extra files, as to not crowd up my main hard drive. I would like to install Windows 98 on my slave drive without it interfering with the Windows XP installation/drivers/programs at all. In other words, when I start up my computer, I want to be able to select whether to boot into Windows XP or Windows 98. There are alot of old DOS programs and games I would like to run on my PC, but can't due to lack of Win95/DOS suppot in XP. And, I don't have an old PC on which I can install Win98. So is there anyway I can make a dual partition like this? |

I did that very thing a few years ago. And I would install 98 on a separate
drive, not just a partition. I had win98 installed first though. I dont know how it will work with xp already installed, might not be nothing to worry about. Im sure others will chime in.....
