Repost of lag problem when downloading

Hi guys, i have some problems with my computer.... I have a p3 wif a fully updated winme.. The problem is that when ever i use utorrent to download games, after some time the whole computer will lag... It lags whether im playing a windows spider solitaire or using mozilla. The mouse will like pause/freeze/get stuck for a while before contiuning to move.. tis is irritating.. Can someone help me solve this problem? i've tuned e vache, optimised the system by removing un-used/useless start-ups,checked for spyware,virus. My cpu is always cool. (got a house fan on it).

The above is my previous post... the problem does not exist only in p2p programs but aso in internet download manager,download accelerator plus.... I have the above problem when ever i download stuff using those programs n others.

Btw, srry though.. i din noe tat u guys dun do p2p programs problems... Aso srry tat i did a double post.. i thought e first post wasn't responding cuz it took a long long time.

utorrent takes up alot of conection. i have something similar, u have to close utorrent to be able to get the best connection on the enternet
