iPod help

Yeah so since we all know you can't use iTunes with windows ME.. I was wondering if anyone had a good suggestion of what to use instead. Ive tried using it with windows media player, it says the songs are on the iPod but they're really not, and its kind of frustrating. Ive tried using share pod too but it says files are missing or something, and won't install.

At this point i'm open to any suggestions, and any are apprecated. Thanks!!

From what I read you may want to consider a different brand of portable music player that supports Windows ME. As you know from Apple's website, only Windows 2000 and XP are supported by iTunes (and therefore iPod) while other players, such as Creative Labs, do support Windows ME.

If you check the Sharepod homepage, you can download the three files needed

Thanks for those links. I was getting error messages when trying to load Sharepod, so I found an iPod forum to see what files I needed, and to my surprise, they told me I could just use realplayer and it would put songs on it without having to have any extra software.

Thanks for all the help!
