Hi Good Peoples,
My first post here and I am hoping one of you bright sparks can help please. I am running XP Pro and Outlook 2002. If I type in say "Smith" in the "Look for" box and do a "Search" it will come up with all the emails etc that include the word "Smith." The problem is that when I try and open any of the emails, they refuse to open and I get a pop up box with an error msg that says "Cant open the item. Could not open the item. Try again." That error message is about an useful as air brakes on a turtle. I tried doing a "detect and repair" and whilst it fixed it, the fix lasted about 20 minutes. Any ideas please? |
