Hi

I think this depends on things like your system memory and ISP limits. You ISP may not like you firing off thousands of e-mails at any one time. Without knowing exact details, you may want to break your list down into smaller groups.

I agree with that. The only thing is that even if you break them down to smaller emails - your ISP may be counting total outbound mail from you. So, to answer your question: Its not an Outlook issue - its your ISP tolorance thing.
