Excel file to Outlook Contacts
How can I import an excel database of contacts into Outlook and then from Outlook into Agent Office?

In outlook, go to
File ->import & Export. Choose Another program of file. You will get list of file types and Microsoft Excel will be there. Use that to import sheet to Outlook. In case you have an older version of Outlook or a version conflict (Shouldn't be as both are part of MS-Office), you can always export the excel file to csv and import it in outlook. In-fact, you can import the csv to most email clients. Sorry cannot help you on Agent Office as never worked on that. |

I have checked Outlook import does not works all time with excel sheets.
so, one can try using robust tool located at http://www.exceltooutlook.com I have purchased the tool and it works great for me. Handles duplicates well and option for Distribution list creation in Outlook. All in all a good tool. |
