Did I make a mistake?
I just order a new dell comuter with Windows XP. I didn't order the Microsoft Office Basic software as I was told that since I had it for the computer I'm replacing, I could use that. I need Work, Excel and Outlook Express.
Did I make a mistake by not getting Office with my new purchase? Thanks |

Outlook Express is part of Windows XP by default. Works should not be confused with Office. They are two different suites.
Works is a package that includes a word processor, spreadsheet, and a Powerpoint viewer. Office is a package that includes (in the basic version) Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. |
